Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Let the pint of Halo Top thaw on the counter for 5 minutes.
Use a cookie scoop to portion scoops of the Cookies & Cream Halo Top onto the
cookie sheet. Freeze for 1 hour.
In a bowl, add the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
Roll the scoops of Halo Top in the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies to coat.
Freeze for 1 hour, or until firm. Enjoy!
